Meaning of Your Life Path Number

The life path number is as it sounds! It is the core lesson that you are here to learn on this planet and shapes the way you live your life. While the birthday number is how others perceive you on the outside, the life path number tells who you are inside.

Your life path plays an important role in every decision you make as your subconscious knows the lesson you need to focus on at all times. Bringing this lesson into the conscious will allow you to operate as a more efficient human being and live a more fulfilled life.

Calculating Your Life Path Number

Calculating your life path is easy. Below we work through an example together so you can follow the same steps to find your life path!

Example Birthday: 11/23/1999

Step 1: Add the single digits in the month of your birthday together to get one digit. If you are born in a single-digit month (January-September), your work is done! We use November in this example to demonstrate a double digit month.

In this example,

1 + 1 = 2

Step 2: Add the single digits of the day you were born together to get one digit. If you are born on a single-digit day, your work is done!

In this example,

2 + 3 = 5

This is also your Birthday Number! In addition to being how others see you, it is also key in finding your life path number.

Step 3: Add the single digits in the year you were born together to get one digit. This may take multiple steps

In this example,

1 + 9 + 9 + 9 = 28

2 + 8 = 10

1 + 0 = 1

Step 4: Add the 3 numbers from each step together:

2 + 5 + 1 = 8

The example birthday is an 8-life path
